ONE TIME RENTAL:
How It Works
Welcome to rentNSN: One Time Rentals! Here’s the basic rundown:
One Time Rental:
that you won’t have to worry about wearing it again? The OTR is your answer.
Head onto the “rentNSN” tab at the top of our homepage, click the dropdown to “One Time Rental,” and then “Shop.” Here, all pieces available for a one time rental will be in one section for you to browse.
Once you decide on a piece(s) to OTR, click the “Rent” option and select your dates. Your rental price will appear, and you may then add to cart. Note: both options say “rent;” the top one is your start date, the bottom one is your end date.
As soon as you add your item(s) to your cart, you can then check out! The date you purchase your one time rental will be known as your “Order Date.” By purchasing a one time rental, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as written out in the Agreement.
Note: Your Order Date and Start Date are going to be different.
This is a crucial step, in order to ensure your item(s) will be shipped out.
After checkout is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Check spam if it’s not in your primary inbox. In the confirmation email there will be a link to an insurance form. Please fill out this form.
Note: No sensitive information will be stored in the form.
As soon as the form is complete, we will then prepare and ship your one time rentals.
You have a maximum of 14 days to enjoy your one time rental. You will receive a prepaid return label in your order. You have up until day 15 to ship out your one time rental back to us, day 15 being the latest. If your one time rental is not shipped out by the 15th day or we are not notified, your credit card will automatically be charged for an additional rental period.
