Rental Subscription: How It Works
Welcome to rentNSN! Join our exclusive community where rentals meet luxury vintage. The first of its kind.
Here’s the rundown:
Head onto the “rentNSN” tab at the top of our homepage, click the dropdown to “Subscription.” Once you click on this tab, you will see our different membership options.
Sign up for a membership of your choice using the “Let’s Rent” button on the rentNSN homepage. This will take you to choose your membership type and then it’s time to checkout. The first time you checkout you will be purchasing only your subscription. After checkout, you should receive an email confirmation. By purchasing a rental subscription, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as written out in the Agreement.
In order to ensure your item(s) will be shipped out, check your email for confirmation. If it’s not in your primary inbox, check spam or junk. In the confirmation email, there will be a link to an insurance form. This is a prerequisite to placing your order and ensuring your order will be processed and shipped. It is not optional, but if you have any questions please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: No sensitive information will be stored in the form. If the form is not completed, you will not be able to continue with the rental process.
In the same email, you will receive your code. This code is exclusive to the email address you checked out with, and your membership type. Save this code to rent your bags.
Now, you're ready to shop! Head onto the no standing website and click the curated collection of what's available to rent for your membership type.
Add your membership’s “shipping fee,” listed as a product, into your cart. Once you add your rental items to the cart with the shipping, go to your cart, click checkout and insert your plan specific code you received in your confirmation email.
Step 8: Checkout as normal. Your total should come out to $10, no tax.
- Your Order Date and Start Date will activate together. As soon as you place your order, your monthly subscription will begin. We will prepare and ship out your items right away, to get them to you as fast as possible.
- Your subscription consists of 30 days. You are welcome to keep the pieces out and let them roll into the next month or send back your pieces at the end of the month with a prepaid return label and choose new rental pieces by following the same steps in checkout.
- When you are ready to return your items (and rent new ones), simply ship back the items using the prepaid shipping label provided to you in the original shipment. If you’re missing your original return label, just let us know and we’ll send you a new one.
- If you would like to cancel your subscription, you will have an email in your inbox from Seal that will allow you to do so. Cancellations will only apply for the following month. For example, if you purchased a membership on April 1st, and you want to cancel on April 5th, your membership will be canceled starting May 1st and will be active through April.
- If you do not cancel your subscription for the following month, your credit card will be automatically charged on the first day of the next month, even if you have no rented items out that month.
