Please note delivery can take 3-5 business days for pieces from our NYC store.
For pieces coming from our warehouse it can take 1-2 weeks to receive the pieces prior to being shipped to you.
All packages have insurance from No Standing NYC, covering up to $100. Once your order is shipped, you're responsible for any missing or stolen packages.
No Standing NYC is not responsible for damaged or missing packages, but we can help with insurance claims up to $100. You'll need to handle any further shipping claims with the carrier or insurance company.
